Department of Plastic Surgery

Over view

he department has a well furnished outpatient department with working hours from 8.30 am to 4 pm daily except Sundays. A dedicated modern Operation Theatre is available with modern equipments, instruments and trained staff nurses. A separate Operation Theatre is available for handling plastic surgery emergency cases. The department is well supported by an Intensive Care Unit, equipped with modern ventilators and monitors, and managed by anaesthesiologists, trained staff, physiotherapists and paramedical staff. Round the clock services are provided for all inpatients and emergency cases. At present the department offers services in trauma, onco reconstruction, all sort of reconstruction, microsurgery and burns care (open and minimally invasive).
